The first secret revealed by the Life Manual, is that you are not who you think you are. You were born a unique, uncut diamond with the unlimited potential to do, and be, anything you desire in life, but you have been brainwashed by society to live a lie. Like a robot programmed to behave in certain ways and believe lies as truth, you have spent your entire life trying to please other people and being afraid you would not get their approval unless you live up to society's standards. That is why life is an unfulfilling struggle.
